Whether immersing myself in a new culture, volunteering in my community, or introducing my children to something new, I feel most inspired when exploring. Approaching life as a journey meant to be explored has allowed me to discover paths that have challenged me and often pushed me out of my comfort zone. It is in those moments though that new friendships, new opportunities, and a new perspective can arise. In working with young adults who are beginning their journey, my Real Frequency for exploration is engaged to ensure they feel confident and excited about the future ahead.
